This unique combination of essential oils helps balance hormones. It uses phytoestrogens which are the closest to natural human estrogens available. Great for dealing with PMS as well as menopause. Reduces mood swings, hot flashes and cramps. It has been called the 'anti-witch lotion'! Rub on wrists, feet or directly onto abdomen. For hot flashes, we recommend using the spray on the front and back of the neck (shuts those pesky flashes down quick!). 
* Do not use during pregnancy, however it may be helpful on the abdomen during and after delivery.

Roll-on - diluted in fractionated coconut oil

Spray - diluted in a base of aloe juice, witch hazel, black willow bark extract.
