This light, bright herbal medley nourishes and strengthens the thyroid and adrenals, eliminating chronic exhaustion!

Organic Ingredients: Siberian ginseng, licorice root, tulsi, wild yam root. 

Avoid if pregnant or nursing.

Use 1 tsp per 8 oz hot water.  Steep 4-5 minutes.  Try it iced too!
