Formulated to improve sleep quality and quantity. Relaxes the mind and body into a restful, natural sleep.  Fair warning - it contains valerian, which is not a pleasant smell for most people.  It does mellow out though, so stick with it! Diffusing only requires a couple drops.

Includes Roman Chamomile, Lavender(French), Valerian, Orange, Ylang Ylang, Red Mandarin, Geranium and Marjoram.

10 ml undiluted.  Please dilute to 10% or less.
