Organic Ingredients: Peppermint Leaves, Echinacea, Apple Pieces, Orange, Eucalyptus, Lemon Grass, Natural Orange Flavor & Juniper Berries.

Use 1 tsp per 8 oz hot water.  Steep 5-10 minutes.  

2 ounces loose leaf tea.
