Common Uses: So many uses... everyone should have peppermint in their collection. Migraines and headaches, digestive upsets, gas, bloating, bad breath, sinus issues, mental fatigue, pain. It has a cooling effect (dilutions over 5% will be warming), stimulates the lymphatic system and is an analgesic (pain).
Special Notes: Avoid if you have GERD or gallbladder inflammation.
