Notes: This lot has an intense golden color due to the top down hydrodiffusion method. This method also extracts more of the characteristic ginger notes making it the best quality ginger in the world. In most aroma therapy blends this particular lot can cut ginger requirements by half. For instance, in a blend that calls for one full mL of a competitor's ginger try substituting 1/2 mL of Sri Lanka Ginger.
