A soft, delicate version of a traditional Indian chai, this tea features fine Shou Mei white tea against a backdrop of customary chai spices with surprising additions of coconut, apple, pineapple and more! Sweet, complex, spicy and divine.  Superb with milk and honey!

For the perfect cup: 1tsp/8oz Steep at 195° 3-4 minutes.
