Knock Out

This extract is a tincture made with Valerian root and California Poppy.  It is made with organic herbs and organic alcohol, with a 1:1 strength ratio.  Simply take 1 to 2 (or more if you prefer) droppers by mouth, or add to a bit of hot sweetened tea and let it sit for 5 minutes to dissipate the alcohol.  Does it taste great? Nope.  We wont lie and tell you that it does.  But it IS great at helping with sleep, stress, and nerves.  Valerian root is nature's sedative and California Poppy is an amazing central nervous system regulator and also has pain relieving and anti-inflammatory properties.  During anxiety or panic attacks, you can take a teaspoon every 15 minutes until the attack passes, it will help pull the nervous system back into a calm state. If you wake up in the middle of the night and cant get back to sleep, you can take this and not have to worry about that groggy feeling in the morning.  Can be safely used several times a day if needed.
